The villa offers a gated private swimming pool, a gated play area, and plenty of free equipment for families with toddlers to enjoy, including free hire of 2 adult bikes with infants seats and an assortment of child bikes and pushchairs.
This villa's prime position means there is no need for car hire as it is situated 150 metres from bars and restaurant, 700 metres from the beach, and just a 15-20 minute walk to the main town on Costa Teguise, making it the ideal setting for a relaxing, family holiday with no driving needed.
Outdoor Space:
There is a private, heated swimming pool (heated not only with solar but with an electric heat pump which gives a guaranteed temperature of 28 degrees throughout the year!) There is also a paddle pool supplied for babies with soft play mats. The pool area is accessed through secure gates to ensure utmost security when toddlers are around.
There is a lovely play area with trampoline, a Wendy House, a sand and water table, slide, lots of toys, games and a box of inflatables!
The spacious front sun terrace with large cane sofa ideal has a large shaded canopy which overlooks the front garden, which is beautifully lit at night.
The front and rear patios have dining tables and also plenty of sunbeds with lovely padded cushions. There is a large barbecue plus hammock. The exterior lighting is excellent offering a romantic setting for alfresco dining.
Villa Victoria is ideal for summer and winter holidays alike - everyone is happy to swim in December and January at Villa Victoria!

Villa Victoria Costa Teguise is a 4 bed/3 bath villa with a GATED heated pool plus a double sofa bed sleeping 10 + 2 infants is in a great location for guests who do not want to bother with a hire car- lots of bars and restaurants less than 150 metres away and the beach just 700 metres away - the main town a nice beach stroll of 15/20 mins( for the disabled we have a telephone in the villa for free local calls to call taxi note for the disabled a taxi into town is just 4 euro or we also note provide free of charge a wheel chair for the elderly with walking problems.
The villa is just 15 mins drive from Arrecife airport taxi just 22 euro - Go to the section GETTING THERE there for links for car hire or collection service- 90% of our guests do not hire a car when staying at Villa Victoria as the position is ideal. For those who prefer to eat in the villa is beautifully adapted for dining in and the local supermarket is just 150 metres away- but most guests with our help create an on line shopping account and get their full shop delivered by Mercadona- we can offer help opening your account.
There are excellent food delivery too available too in our area eg Italian/Spanish/Indian and the menus are in the villa information book and a very firm favourite for collection only is our local tapas food express for collection eg - whole bbq chickens and daily tapas just 100 metres away.
Villa Victoria is close to many lovely restaurants that all cater to families with also a play park just 50 metre away- in the main town most restaurants have exterior dining and are social distancing - we are also 15-20 min walk from the water park, and just 100 metres from the rear entrance of the Santa Rosa apartments that have a bowling alley/games/soft play area at a small charge for non-residents - a big hit with families!
We have a tourist license and also a great management company who will be providing a deep clean for each new arrival
In 700 metres you'll find the local beach at Playa Bastian- just 150 metres from villa Victoria you will find plenty bars and restaurants and just 15 min stroll along the lovely promenade to Costa Teguise - no car needed!
We provide a link to an online shopping delivery to have groceries delivered, or there are 2 supermarkets just 150 metres away and a takeaway 100 metres away.
There are 3 main resorts:
- Playa Blanca is a 40 min transfer away, 60 euro by taxi
- Costa Teguise is a 15 min transfer, 20 euro by taxi
- Puerto del Carmen is a 20 min transfer, 30 euro by taxi
Costa Teguise is by far the most popular of the resorts for families with young children, and Villa Victoria is set just 700 metres back from the beach! Beach towels, buckets and spades are available at the villa making popping to the beach so easy.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:
Deep Sea Fishing
There are fishing boats moored in Puerto Calero and Marina Rubicón who will take a party or individuals out fishing. Methods include big game and light tackle fishing depending upon the time of year
Scuba Diving
Lanzarote has lovely temperate waters with incredible visibility. Experience divers can enjoy a range of dives in various locations around the island, the favourites are found in Charco del Palo and Puerto del Carmen. Why not book a try dive whilst you’re here and see for yourself!
Surfing
Lanzarote is nicknamed the Hawaii of Europe for good reason, the 6-Star Prime Santa Pro event is held here each November. If you love surfing then Famara beach is the spot to enjoy hours of surfing or take lessons.
Kayaking
Lanzarote has a choice of kayaking activities ranging from taking a surf kayak out from the beach or organised tours of the coast in enclosed kayaks. A lovely way to discover the hidden beaches of Lanzarote.
Jet Skiing
There is jet ski hire available in the resorts of Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca
Kite Surfing
Kite surfing is allowed on a couple of designated beaches in Lanzarote, the main one is Playa de Famara where lessons are also available
Sailing
Lanzarote is the last stop before crossing the Atlantic and a popular place for sailing. There are yachts available for private hire for a day trip with crew or bareboat charter if you’re a competent sailor.
Windsurfing
Costa Teguise is famous for windsurfing, Playa Las Cucharas is the beach to head for. This resort is slightly windier than the others and the sea is dotted with colourful sails in the afternoons. The PWA Freestyle event is held here each June.
Walking
Lanzarote has lots of paths all across the island. Walking is a great way to discover the wildlife, find those hidden views and meet the locals. There are lots of signposts pointing you in the direction of paths.
Cycling
There are both road and mountain style bikes available for hire in Lanzarote. The island is popular with road cyclists having little traffic and some stunning roads but we also have 206km of mountain bike routes around the island.
Segway
Take a Segway tour along the coast of Lanzarote, these machines are a fun way to explore the island for anyone aged 14 or older. There are different companies in each of the resorts offering Segway excursions.
Quad Biking
Quad biking in Lanzarote is exhilarating, the driver does require a valid driving license and part of the routes are on road but you can take a passenger on the back for partners or children to accompany you. There are some great off road tracks where you can have fun and raise some dust.
Archery
Some of the hotels offer archery lessons and competitions as part of their activities but if not you can join in with a local Tiro de Arco club in Macher in the centre of Lanzarote.
Model Plane Flying
There is a model plane runway next to the Complejo at Teguise but our weather offers hours of fun with gliders if you can fit one in your suitcase!
Painting
Lanzarote is often described as inspiring, encouraging people to put pencil or paintbrush to paper. Some of our local artists offer classes to visitors including field trips into the landscape with easels.
Camel Riding
Discover the beautiful National Park of Timanfaya National with a short camel trek through the volcanic landscape.
Paint Balling
There are two places for paintballing in Lanzarote. There is a hillside course at Lanzarote a Caballo near Uga, the other is an urban style course situated next to the Aquapark in Costa Teguise.
Golf
Lanzarote currently has two golf courses. The original course is situated in Costa Teguise, the newer one is on the hillside overlooking Puerto del Carmen.
Clay Pigeon Shooting
The Campo de Tiro is situated in Tahiche, not one for general tourists as only Spanish but if you enjoy this sport you will be welcomed.
Skate Boarding
There are a number of skate boarding parks around the island. The main one is situated just to the side of the beach Playa Reducto in Arrecife, here skateboarders and BMX kids take to the ramps. Others to mention are a half pipe at Arrieta beach, Playa La Garita and a skate board park opposite Lanzarote Bay hotel in Costa Teguise.
Karting
Lanzarote has two go karting tracks, one situated close to Puerto del Carmen, the other on the hill above the airport in San Bartolomé. They both off turn up and go racing sessions around the tracks and grand prix racing events if you have a group that wants to compete.
Shore Fishing
You should have a Licencia de Pesca Marítima de Recreo (fishing license) to fish in Lanzarote although many fishermen have said they have not been asked to show a license whilst fishing here. Popular places to fish are Playa Dorada in Playa Blanca, Playa Chica in Puerto del Carmen and Playa Bastian in Costa Teguise.
Hang Gliding & Para Gliding
Conditions are right in the winter months from November to March for paragliding and hang gliding. Many clubs come from around Europe to enjoy the warm climate in Lanzarote.
