This lovely traditional Spanish bungalow style, with a tourist license has a gated heated pool sleeps 10 plus 2 infants
Located just 700 metres away from the beach, 150 metres from bars, restaurants, supermarket, and close to soft play and bowling at the Santa Rosa complex and a lovely beach stroll into the main town of Costa Teguise (15 mins).

The villa sleeps 10 + 2 infants in cots it has 4 bedrooms, plus a double sofa bed ideal for teens in the lounge. It also benefits from 3 bathrooms (2 being en-suite). The lovely mosaic swimming pool is gated which is great for families with toddlers we heat the pool to a minimum 28 degrees by solar plus an electric heat pump. The pool also has a solar cover, enabling guests to have a nice warm pool throughout the year!

The villa has 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms plus a comfortable sofa bed in the conservatory, which is suitable for teens. The villa sleeps 8 people comfortably plus infants in cots and benefits from 2 ensuite bathrooms plus a large family bathroom.
The swimming pool is heated by solar plus electric heat pump. It also has a solar cover to keep the water temperature at 28 degree's throughout the year making this an ideal winter destination holiday accommodation. The views from the rear are spectacular sea views and to the front mountain views .
The swimming pool and play area for infants make this an especially lovely destination for guests with young children.
The air conditioner can provide heat as well as keeping you cool throughout the year, with no additional charge.
Infants are accommodated free of charge in cots with bookings of 8 people and above. We also supply all baby equipment free of charge. There is also free use of a PC for those who want to catch up with a little work while you are with us!
